Briton Ferry Llansawel AFC are pleased to announce a strategic restructure of its club leadership team, designed to strengthen operations, enhance football performance, and deepen community engagement.
The restructure formally introduces Tom Walters as the club’s ‘Chief Executive Officer (CEO)’. Tom will lead Briton Ferry Llansawel AFC through its next phase of strategic development, footballing ambition and commercial growth.
Jon Beale joins the club as ‘Football Performance Manager’. With extensive experience in elite player development and high-performance football environments, Jon will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of player progression, coach development, and performance strategy across both the senior and academy structures.
Finally, as part of our continued commitment to strengthening ties with our local community, we are pleased to announce that Stuart Williams, having served with distinction as General Manager over the past 12 months, will be transitioning into the newly established role of ‘Community Development Manager’.
In his new role, Stuart will lead the club’s efforts to expand its presence across Neath Port Talbot, with a focus not only on developing our facilities at the Renewable Centre Stadium, but delivering impactful, community-driven programmes. Stuart brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering passion for community engagement to this important position.
