Briton Ferry Llansawel Ladies faced Llandudno on Sunday at Old Road.
The reds had a great start as in the 3rd minute Renee day was fouled in the box and Lucy Powell stepped up to finish the resultant penalty.
However it was a scrappy opening period with both teams struggling to take control of the game.
On the half hour mark the visitors were level when the reds failed to clear from defence well and Elsie Davies capitalised and finished well, which gave a half time score of 1-1.

It was the he visitors started the second half the better and took the lead in the 49th minute after a good ball in from the right was headed home by Llandudno captain Mari Gibbard.
In the 63rd minute the reds were level again following a good move which resulted in Ela Roberts putting in a great cross for Megan Kearle to volley home at the back post.
Five minutes later the reds were ahead again when Kearle scored directly from a corner with a great delivery which went in off the far post.
Then in the 81st minute Llandudno levelled it up again with another good ball in from the right which was headed home by Anna Jones.
Both teams searched for a winner in the dying minutes but were neither were able to claim the 3 points.
